♥ How do I look after my amelia zane jewellery?

All amelia zane jewellery is handmade. We use a variety of materials, including silver plated and gold plated chains, silver plated and gold plated components, clasps and beads. Depending on the piece, we also use a variety of other metal components, and beads inlcuding semi-precious stones, natural freshwater pearls, wooden, shell and vine beads.   

At amelia zane we use some precious stones and pearls that have been dyed. As these are natural stones, some fading may occur. We recommend that you don’t store your semi precious jewellery in direct sunlight to help minimise any fading.

In addition, small amounts of dye can sometimes be trapped in natural grooves within the stones. To minimise the risk of transfer onto skin and clothes, we recommend that amelia zane jewellery avoids contact with oil, water, sweat, or chemicals in perfumes.

amelia zane jewellery can be cleaned with a soft cloth, especially if it has been in contact with sweat, water, chlorine, perfume or hairspray. Any tarnish on silver plated or gold plated components can be polished off with a soft jewellery cloth.

 

♥ when can I get my delivery?

We aim to send the majority of our orders out within 2-3 working days of you placing the order.  As we make all products to order this may take a little longer at busy times, however we will inform you of any delays.

 

♥ Do you deliver your products worldwide?

No sorry, we currently only deliver within the UK.

 

♥ How are my products delivered?

All orders are sent First Class recorded delivery with Royal Mail and should take 1-2 days to reach you after dispatch.  Please insure that someone will be there to sign for your delivery.

 

♥ How can I make a return?

We really hope that you are happy with your purchase.  However if for some reason you wish to return your product, we offer a no quibble 14 days returns policy.   We are happy to offer you a refund, provided the product is returned to us in it’s original condition and packaging.  We cannot refund the postage cost.

 

♥ What happens if my product is faulty? 

If your product is faulty then please contact us at contact@ameliazane.co.uk within 7 days, we are happy to repair, or offer a full refund or exchange it for the same product provided it is still in stock. 

We cannot be responsible for returned goods being lost whilst being sent back to us. If returning a product to us please retain proof of postage. 

 

♥ What will my product look like when I receive it?

As all of our products are handmade and are made to order.  We cannot guarantee the product you receive will be exactly the same as the one you see on the website.  Due to the nature of geniune gemstone jewellery you will notice some slight variations in the tone, colour saturation, size and the shape of your stones.  These variations add to the unique nature of our jewellery.

 

♥ Is the jewellery safe for children to wear?

No, our products contain small parts and are not suitable for children.

 

♥ What are our shipping costs?

Our postage & packaging costs for First Class recorded delivery with Royal Mail to a UK address is £3.95

No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from amelia zane. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.
